Once we're all done eating we'll enjoy a sacred dance party presented by DJ Story! If you already got the know-how on raw foods, just show up for the potluck! If you're a beginner or intermediate and want to learn more, come to the workshop and stay for the party!!!!

Raw Breakthrough Potluck
Tonight I went to the Raw Breakthrough Potluck at my friends Emily Shaules and Ashley Burnell's house! These two wonderful ladies just moved to town, Ashley is a raw food chef and live foods nutrition consultant and Emily is a raw foods coach, motivational speaker and business developer! I met several other wonderful people there and had a blast! Yummy foods, dance and music party, high fives and good vibes. Much love to all who went, and much love to all who missed! So blessed...
Ringing Cedars Workshop a huge success!
Your community Xammin' Bites were a huge success at the Ringing Cedars workshop last weekend at the Arboretum! They practically flew off the table! Very exciting news indeed. Half of them were Supreme with David Wolfe's Sunfood Jungle Peanuts, Cacao Nibs and Goji Berries! They also had dried 0 carbon footprint mango, organic deglet dates from Greenlife and a bit of local Jimmy's Raw Honey with a lil' cayenne and lime to spice it up! Yumilicious!
