• Un-Bake Shares - The main aspect of the business! Just like Community Supported Agriculture, you pay a certain amount down and get a certain amount every week! Every week something new! Types of shares:

• If you'd just like to try them out, I'll give you a single full supreme share (1 week) for $40 or a normal share for $20.
• Special orders - choose your fruits, nuts and add-ons to customize your energizing treats! Different shapes and sizes are also available. I can get extremely creative (animals, stars, letters, etc)
• I generally sell a dozen full sized (normal) cookies for $30, supreme for $60. Price negotiable after that.

• Volunteer and training - Learn Xam's secrets, earn un-bakery shares, have fun and support the community!
• Workshops and Events (coming soon!) - learn the tricks of making your own energizing and healthy raw foods! Whether you're just getting into raw foods or you're a 10 year veteran, everyone will find some useful information and hands-on learning.
  
• A note on the shares: The full, half and quarter shares refer to the amount. The normal vs. supreme refers to the quality of the ingredients. I try to make all my foods affordable for whatever your budget, but a lot of "raw foods" that are available to be bought are not entirely raw. For example, "raw" cashews are de-hulled using a process that flash heats them past the temperature that people consider "raw." It's not that the farmers de-hulling cashews are evil and lying to you, they just call them raw to distinguish them from the roasted kind. I happen to know some farmers in Bali who de-hull their cashews using an ancient method that does not cook them, they're considerably more expensive, however.
• Another note on my cookies in general: I use superfoods such as raw Cacao, Spirulina, MSM, Goji Powders, etc. All of these are available upon request in special orders. I can also give recomendations to tailor your cookies to your specific needs.
• The nuts that are available so far are: Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Pine Nuts (Supreme) Sprouted Almonds (S), Truly Raw Almonds (S), Truly Raw Cashews (S), Jungle Peanuts (S), Truly Raw Cacao Beans (S)
• The fruits that are currently available are: Mango, Goji Berries, Apple, Pineapple, Coconut, Blueberries, Cranberries, Apricots, Figs
• Some add-ons include: Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Millet, Flax, Sesame, Spirulina, Cayenne, Cacao, MSM, Chlorella, Honey, Agave, Sprouted Grains (S)
